2. SHIPPING
Order Handling (2-7 Business Days): As each resin lamp is made with great care, our dedicated team meticulously crafts your product. This process includes quality checks and careful packaging to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. Please allow the full 7 business days for your order to be completed, especially during peak seasons.
- Order cut-off time is 9:00 PM ACST, so any order placed after 9:00 PM ACST will be considered a next business day order. (Example: If an order is placed on Monday at 10:00 PM ACST, it will be considered a Tuesday order).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be considered next business day orders. (Example: If an order is placed on Saturday, it will be considered a Monday order).
Shipping (7-14 Days): Once your order is ready, it will be on its way to you with the speed of a shooting star! Shipping time can vary depending on your location. Rest assured, we've partnered with reliable carriers to ensure a safe and secure delivery.
Tracking Your Parcel: You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its journey to your doorstep.
Delayed/Slow Shipment: If your order exceeds 30 days since being shipped, please reach out to our support email provided below.

3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered. We strive to speed up processing and shipping times, so there's only a small window to correct an incorrect address. Contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee determined by us.
5. RECEIVING LOCATION SECURITY
Ensure that your designated receiving location is secure. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, their insurance does not cover theft. Shipping insurance does not cover packages stolen after delivery.
In the event of theft, you may consider the following steps:

- File a Police Report: Report the theft to local law enforcement and obtain a police report.

6. RETURN REQUEST DAYS
Enchantwood Resin allows returns within 14 days. Items must be returned unopened and unused.
7. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
If items are out of stock, Enchantwood Resin will wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching.
